Box Office Supervisors
As a Box Office Supervisor, you'll be directly assisting the Box Office Manager by facilitating the day to day running of the box offices. You'll have experience of working in a busy box office setting as well as lots of cash handling experience, excellent communication skills and the ability to keep a cool head in stressful situations. You'll also need to have a good understanding of printers and how to fix various items of tech such as printers.

Box Office Staff
You’ll be working as part of our box office team and reporting to our Box Office Supervisors. Previous experience is not essential, but you must be a good communicator, extremely friendly and be able to stay calm in sometimes busy and difficult situations.
You will be working on our box office system, Red61 VIA, and experience using this would be desirable but not essential. You will have had experience handling cash.
As the box office system is computerised, you should be able to work a computer without feeling the need to jump out of a window, though detailed computer literacy is not essential.
You must have excellent customer service skills and be able to keep your cool under pressure. You should also have a keen interest in our programme and the shows we put on, whether it be comedy, theatre, circus, cabaret or burlesque. We're looking for people that enjoy working in small teams but are also confident, independent workers. You'll enjoy talking about our shows and be happy upselling and recommending shows. Any previous experience in sales would be an advantage.
We're looking for full time staff.
Dates of work are approximately 1st to the 30th of August 2018
CONDITIONS: Pay is hourly at £7.83 per hour. Please let us know any restrictions you have to your working week in the application. You should be able to work for the entire period.
