Box Office Supervisors

As a Box Office Supervisor, you'll be directly assisting the Box Office Manager by facilitating the day to day running of the box offices.  

Duties include: 

Dealing with artists and internal requests such as adding ticket offers, booking their ticket requests

Cash handling and reconciliation

Solving issues and problem solving eg. troubleshooting computers, printers and internet, assisting staff and customers when necessary

Managing a small team of box office assistants

Leading by example – upselling shows, customer service

Liaising with other departments to help the venue run smoothly

 

Skills and Experience:

Experience of working in a busy box office or similar environment

Knowledge of Red61’s VIA ticketing system would be advantageous

Experience of managing and motivating a small team

Excellent customer service and communication skills

A good understanding of IT equipment

Keen interest in the arts
