Chef

Underbelly are looking for a Chef  to run the kitchen in the Private Members Bar at the Edinburgh Fringe in August. The restaurant is a 30-cover restaurant.

The role will include 

  • Managing a small team, 
  • Creating menus, 
  • Ordering stock, 
  • Running the kitchen throughout the fringe,

We are looking for someone who has head chef experience. The contract is a 6-week contract. Dates of work are 17th July to the 28th August. You must be available for the whole period. The roll is a 6 day week and approximately 48 hour week. 

Hourly rate: £12 - £16 an hour, subject to experience
