Whether you’re a first-timer or a seasoned sauna-goer, these sessions are a space for relaxation, connection, and presence — a ritual for body and mind.

Please remember to bring with you to your session:

• 2 towels (one to sit on)
• Bottle of water
• Cup for your tea after the session
